Aram was able to secure the needed permits in a very timely manner (about two weeks) with no further input needed from us.
Aram's sub-contractors have been working with him for 15 or more years. When he called them, they came immediately!
All of the sub-contractors have been highly qualified technically.
Aram was good about letting us know the day to day work schedule.
Aram also made numerous stops by the house to check on the ongoing progress and to check with sub-contractors. He was always there when there was a transition from one sub to another to be sure that transition went smoothly.
Aram's ability to orchestrate the arrival of the various sub-contractors was outstanding.
Aram's relationship with state inspectors was very evident. He called for inspections immediately upon completion of state required benchmarks. They came within one or two days of being called. They never slowed down the fast pace of the project.
The job site was kept clean.
No project like this goes without a certain amount of stress for the homeowner and there are always some glitches along the way. Aram made every effort to get the job done as fast as possible with as little stress for us as possible. We all kept our sense of humor throughout. It made things go a lot easier and was a lot more fun.
